Please book a minimum of 6 weeks in advance, to allow for testing and analysis. Testing Information & Preparation - All would benefit from Complete Microbiome Mapping testing but those experiencing the following would benefit most i.e., IBS/IBD, SIBO, abdominal cramping or pain, "leaky gut" symptoms, allergies, skin problems, weakness and fatigue, diarrhoea or constipation, bloating, excessive gas and/or food intolerances. i.) Complete Microbiome Mapping: $635.95 [paid directly to the laboratory]: • Wait 2-4 weeks after finishing a course of antibiotics to test • Wait 2 weeks after finishing any antiparasitic, antifungal and/or antibacterial agent to test • Wait 3 days after stopping all digestive support supplements to test • Continue all other prescription medications • Eat a normal diet leading up to the test ii.) Microbiome Basic: $546.25 [paid directly to the laboratory]: • Designed as a follow-up test to the Complete Microbiome Mapping • Sample tests can be shared for context What you can expect – Before our session: • Please use the online booking platform to schedule your consultation and be clear to highlight which microbiome test you are booking in for, so the correct test is ordered • Please schedule a minimum of 6 weeks in advance • Please complete the consent form provided, before our session This 6 week period allows time for: • The ordering and dispatching of your stool sample kit and instructions • The laboratory to process your results and submit them to me • Analysing your results and creating a bespoke programme During our session we will focus on: • Discussing the balance between the pathogens, bacteria, viruses, parasites, worms, fungi and yeasts in your gut • Examining your intestinal health markers and what these relate to • Examining your antibiotic and/or yeast sensitivities Based on your results, we will address: • Foods and other antagonists to avoid • Foods and other supplements to aid in reinoculation and repair • Recommendations for your dietary habits and lifestyle • A 5-day suggested meal plan • Any other supplement, cell salt, homeobotanical and/or herb recommendations The above will all be collated into a bespoke nutritional therapy programme for you to take away post-session. Should we not get through all information in the session time, it will be advised to book in for a follow-up consultation.
