Testing Information - All would benefit from Hair Mineral Analysis testing but those experiencing the following would benefit most i.e., cardiovascular disease, immune dysfunction, toxicity, muscular skeletal conditions, metabolic syndrome, skin conditions, immune and inflammatory conditions, mental health disorders and allergies. Hair mineral and metal analysis measures the nutrient and toxic metal content of hair. As the constituents of hair are determined by the entry of substances from external sources and from substances that enter it from the blood stream, hair makes an ideal medium for analysis. Heavy metal toxicity can be caused by overexposure to pollution, chemicals and poisons. It is a growing threat to the population as metals deposit in body tissues, which can lead to significant developmental and neurological damage, as well as numerous health conditions. i.) Hair Mineral Analysis, $157.00 [paid directly to the laboratory]: • 22 mineral elements tested • 17 toxic metals tested • Sample tests can be shared for context What you can expect – Before our session: • Please use the online booking platform to schedule your consultation • Please schedule a minimum of 6 weeks in advance • Please complete the consent form provided, before our session This 6 week period allows time for: • The ordering and dispatching of your hair sample kit and instructions i.e., pubic hair can be used in the absence of head hair or if head hair is dyed [sample should not be mixed] • The laboratory to process your results and submit them to me • Analysing your results and creating a bespoke programme During our session we will focus on: • Unpacking your ratios i.e., oxidation, adrenal, thyroid, vitality, blood sugar and hormone • Examining your 4 macro mineral levels i.e., calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium • Discussing your toxic elements and your elimination levels Based on your results, we will address: • Foods to avoid and incorporate • Recommendations for your dietary habits and lifestyle • A 5-day suggested meal plan • Any supplement, cell salt, homeobotanical and/or herb recommendations The above will all be collated into a bespoke nutritional therapy programme for you to take away post-session.
