What’s included – Before your session: • Book your session using the online platform • Continue following your remedy and care plan as previously discussed • Make note of any changes or observations you'd like to share During your session, we’ll focus on: • Reviewing changes in your symptoms, emotions, or energy • Tracking progress toward your health goals • Unpacking what’s shifted (or stayed the same) between sessions • Celebrating breakthroughs, big or small • Realigning your treatment plan to where you're at right now If needed, I’ll prescribe your next homeopathic remedy – tailored to your updated needs and unique constitution. After your session – Within 3 business days and after payment clears, you'll receive: • A new remedy suggestion (if applicable) • Instructions on how and when to take it • When you're ready, book your next follow-up so we can continue moving forward, together.
