This comprehensive session is designed to help you uncover the root causes behind your health concerns and build a clear, personalised plan to support your goals. Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, digestion, skin issues, mood changes, or simply want to feel your best, I’ll guide you toward balance through tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I subscribe to the belief that food is medicine, so there will always be a focus on nutrient-dense whole foods, as a well-nourished body is far better equipped to heal itself and maintain vibrant health. No two bodies are the same, so your plan shouldn’t be either. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to identify nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your wellbeing. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that empowers you to make confident, lasting changes. What to expect – Before your session: • Book your session online and let me know your main area of concern. • Complete the Consent Form and Health Profile Form before our consultation. • This information gives me valuable insight into your health history, lifestyle and goals, ensuring your plan is tailored specifically to you. During your session – In our 90-minute virtual consultation, we’ll explore: • Your health goals and main concerns • Key symptoms and their possible root causes • Current and past medications • Your daily diet, food patterns and habits • Lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep and exercise This is your space to be heard, ask questions, and gain clarity on what your body truly needs. After your session – Within 3 business days (after payment is received), you’ll receive a fully personalised programme including: • A detailed analysis of your symptoms and health concerns • Insights into potential nutrient deficiencies and medication contraindications • A list of recommended foods to include and those to limit • Tailored lifestyle and dietary recommendations • Supplement, herbal, or homeobotanical recommendations (if suitable) To stay on track and continue progressing toward your goals, a follow-up consultation is recommended to review results, fine-tune your plan, and provide ongoing support.
