Service Description

I am here to support you in achieving your specific health goals through a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. As every individual has unique needs, I take a holistic approach to identifying any imbalances and deficiencies that may be impacting your day-to-day life. The exact nutrients you need are unique to you and there is no one-size-fits-all plan, even when specific health issues are concerned. Our nutritional therapy consultation will involve a thorough assessment of your current health status, medical history, lifestyle and dietary habits. I subscribe to the belief that food is medicine, so there will always be a focus on nutrient-dense whole foods, as a well-nourished body is far better equipped to heal itself and maintain vibrant health. I understand that there is so much conflicting information around diets, foods and supplements - this is where a professional like myself can help you to balance your nutrition and support your body now and for life! What you can expect – Before our session: • Please use the online booking platform to schedule your consultation and let me know what your main area of concern is • Please complete the consent form provided, before our session • Please also fill out the Health Profile Form beforehand, so that we can make the most of our time together. This gives me invaluable insight, to ensure that all aspects of your health have been covered and that a comprehensive plan can be built post-session. During our session we will focus on: • Your goal(s) • Your complaints, as well as their location and aetiology • Your symptoms, as well as their location and aetiology • Your present medications alongside any notable past medications • Your food intake and dietary habits • Your lifestyle Within 3 days of our session and once payment has cleared, you will receive a bespoke programme which focuses on your goals and provides: • An analysis on your complaints and symptoms • A breakdown of any deficiencies, side-effects or contraindications associated with your medication and how best to regain balance • A list of foods to avoid and incorporate • Recommendations for your dietary habits and lifestyle • A 5-day suggested meal plan [with a request for a 3-day food diary to be recorded] • Any supplement, cell salt, homeobotanical and/or herb recommendations After you have received your programme, please book a follow-up consultation, so that we can check-in on your progress and keep you accountable to your goals.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: A 48-hour cancellation notice period is required by email to hello@nicolesutherland.com. Otherwise, a full fee will be incurred for booked appointments if there is a ‘no show,’ in person or online. You can expect to receive an email which confirms receipt of the cancellation.
